Why Owners Bring Their Watches Here

Coastal Environment Knowledge

Working in Phuket's marine environment shapes how we approach every job. Salt air, humidity, and water contact are not afterthoughts here.

Written Documentation

Every appointment produces a written record. Findings, parts used, and recommendations are set down clearly for the owner's reference.

Honest Condition Assessment

We open movements only where the inspection genuinely calls for it. Our approach is measured — we do not recommend work that is not warranted.

Vintage-Appropriate Methods

Older marine instruments are handled with techniques suited to their era, preserving the character that makes them worth caring for.

Depth-Rated Pressure Testing

Pressure testing is performed to the original manufacturer's specification, with results noted on the service ticket for future reference.

Parts Sourced for the Piece

Where replacements are needed, we discuss acceptable options with owners before proceeding. Period parts are sourced where they remain available.

Frequently Asked

How do I know which service my watch needs?
A brief description of the watch and its current condition — ideally sent by email or discussed by phone — is usually enough for us to suggest a suitable starting point. We can also inspect the piece when you bring it in before confirming any work.
Do you work on all dive watch brands?
We work on a wide range of marine and sport watches. For highly brand-specific movements or pieces under a current manufacturer's service plan, we will let you know during the initial conversation if the work falls outside what we can offer.
How long does a typical service appointment take?
A diver's service and pressure test generally takes between five and ten working days. Salt-air restoration work varies depending on the extent of corrosion. Vintage chronometer restoration is scheduled on a case-by-case basis, and we discuss a realistic timeline during the initial consultation.
Will you tell me what you find before doing any work?
Yes. For restoration work in particular, we share our findings in writing before proceeding with parts replacement or movement work. We do not undertake work beyond the agreed scope without discussing it first.
Can I drop off a watch if I am staying in Patong for a short visit?
Please contact us in advance so we can discuss what is realistic within your timeframe. For straightforward diver's service appointments, we try to accommodate visitors where scheduling allows.
What happens to original parts removed during restoration?
Removed original parts are retained and returned to the owner with the watch. For vintage pieces especially, we consider all removed components part of the piece's history and we do not dispose of them without permission.
