How We Structure Every Appointment

1

Initial Assessment

The piece is examined to establish its current condition before any work scope is confirmed.

2

Written Findings

Assessment results are documented and shared with the owner prior to any work proceeding.

3

Agreed Scope

Work proceeds only within the scope confirmed with the owner. Additional findings are communicated before expanding.

4

Service Record

A written ticket accompanies every returned piece; restoration work receives a full documentation folder.

Diver's Watch Service & Pressure Test

฿2,500

A focused appointment for dive watches and marine sports timepieces. The movement is serviced or inspected depending on its current condition, and the case is fully resealed with new gaskets at the crown, case-back, and pushers. Pressure testing is conducted at depths appropriate to the model's original rating, and the result is recorded on the service ticket. We then advise on a suitable interval before the next pressure test, which is particularly important for watches that continue to be used in salt water.

  • Movement inspection or service based on actual condition
  • New gaskets at crown, case-back, and all pushers
  • Pressure test to model's rated depth
  • Written result on service ticket
  • Next pressure test interval recommended in writing
5–10 working days

Salt-Air Restoration

฿4,900

A restoration appointment for watches affected by extended exposure to coastal air, with attention to corrosion on the case-back, lugs, and bracelet end-links. We address pitting through careful hand polishing where appropriate, and replace any parts whose corrosion has progressed beyond repair. Movements are opened only where the case has been compromised, with the inspection findings shared in writing. Suitable for owners who live by the coast and would like to extend the working life of pieces they value.

  • Corrosion assessment on case-back, lugs, and bracelet
  • Hand polishing where pitting is addressable
  • Part replacement where corrosion has progressed beyond repair
  • Movement opened only where case is compromised
  • Inspection findings shared in writing before work proceeds
7–14 working days (condition-dependent)

Vintage marine chronometer restoration
No. 005 — Entry 03

Marine Chronometer & Vintage Diver Restoration

฿8,000

A specialist appointment for older marine instruments and vintage dive watches from the 1960s and 1970s, where preservation of original character is paramount. Each restoration begins with a detailed consultation about acceptable replacements, with sympathetic sourcing of period bezels, crystals, and indices where these are available. Movements are serviced using methods appropriate to the era, and the work is documented in a small folder kept for the owner's records and any future caretaker of the piece.

  • Detailed consultation on acceptable replacements before any work
  • Period bezels, crystals, and indices sourced where available
  • Movement serviced using era-appropriate methods
  • Removed original parts returned with the piece
  • Full restoration folder produced for the owner's records
